Stampotique Challenge: Faux Metal

Happy Hump Day!!! Always an extra fun day because Stampotique gives you a new challenge to work with :-P This one is hosted by Maria, she challenges us to make something that looks like metal. This one was hard for me, but I came up with a simple solution: Ranger Foil Tape. I embossed it with the Tim Holtz Texture Fade Steampunk, covered it with black acrylic, rubbed the access off and put it on a little canvas. I only used Medium Bee and decorated it with a TH gear. The text is computer generated.

Art Journal Pages

I decided that my journal was finished (you can do that with loose pages LOL) and start with a new one. For some reason I always have trouble with starting a new journal, do you have this too? So I made a little journal just for fun. I thought after all this color, I should make a black and white journal. Okay... a bit of color was allowed ;-) I'm a new fan of SODAlicious and ordered some paper, stamps, stencils and some cute embellishments from them. This is what I made, very different but I like these simple pages :-D Of course my favorite stamps from Stampotique (aren't they all) was heavily used too in this project ;-)

Stampotique Challenge: It's clear to me

Yay... it's Wednesday and Stampotique got a new challenge for you, hosted by Libby. Yep... it's clear to me. She challenges us to use transparent elements (perspex, acetate, glass etc in any form large or small).
For this card I used the TH Cabinet Card Die Mini, Dylusions spray and Archival Ink. I stamped Heads with the Archival on some plastic (from packaging). Also on some paper and cut one out that was sort of in the right place, and put it in the inside of the card.
